We currently accept Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Northern California, Optum, Lyra EAP, and Health Advocate EAP. For other PPO insurance plans with out-of-network benefits, clients may request reimbursement. We’re happy to provide a Superbill upon request.

Yes. In-person sessions are available at our office in San Ramon, CA.

Yes. We offer telehealth sessions throughout California, giving you flexibility and accessibility wherever you are located.

Our therapists provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. We specialize in areas such as Brainspotting therapy, healing intergenerational and cultural trauma, grief support, burnout recovery, and therapy for Filipina/x/o and Asian American clients. We also offer support for families and high-performing professionals navigating stress and transitions.

Yes. In addition to individual therapy, we offer therapy groups, workshops, and wellness retreats designed to build community and provide practical tools for healing. These may focus on topics such as grief, identity, or self-care. Current offerings are listed on our website under Groups & Workshops.
