    AAPI Women’s Group for High-Achievers

For high-achieving AAPI women who struggle with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and cultural/family expectations

If you’re a high-achieving AAPI woman, you may be all too familiar with…

    • A strong inner critic that has affected your confidence and self-esteem

    • Fear of failure and disappointing your family and community

    • Pressure to prioritize family expectations and obligations over your own needs

    • Living with guilt and shame for asserting your boundaries

    • Chronic stress that has affected your physical and mental well-being

    • Struggling to give yourself permission to prioritize self-care

    • Numbing your feelings and overworking instead of coping in a healthy way

    • Boundary setting as seen as selfish and disrespectful

Our AAPI Women’s Group will help you:

    • Increase self-awareness and insight

    • Learn to make self-care and self-love a priority

    • Be confident in placing healthy boundaries

    • Examine childhood beliefs and behaviors that have prevented you from loving yourself

    • Explore and re-establish relationships with caregivers/immigrant parents

    • Live your life more authentically

    • Build community and make new connections with other like-minded women

My name is Ruth Christine Dimagmaliw and I help high-achieving AAPI Women just like you go from struggling and compromising your needs to living a life authentic and true to yourself.
